EMPLOYEE SURVEYS

We developed a data gathering, analysis and report system used for annual employee surveys for a group of brewing and publican companies over a 5 year period.

Data was gathered online through a secure system using unique access codes sent to mobiles for all employees working at a number of different venues. At the end of the data collection period the system automatically generated analysis reports for use at the management meeting, leading to feedback to the employees within a week of participating.

The streamlined system led to significant cost reductions over the previous pen and paper survey, as well as immediate reports for use by the company.

The system has subsequently been adapted for a selection of other client companies.
